  1. Rivian and Uber have announced a major partnership to deploy up to 50,000 fully autonomous robotaxis, marking a significant step toward large-scale self-driving mobility. Uber plans to invest up to $1.25 billion and will initially deploy 10,000 Rivian R2 vehicles in cities like San Francisco and Miami starting in 2028.

  2. Aiming for profitability, Lucid Group is scaling its Midsize platform, reducing costs, expanding software revenue, advancing Atlas technology, and partnering with Uber on autonomous vehicle deployment.
